Pentaho Technology Partners work with Pentaho to ensure sustainable, supportable integration of our complementary product lines. Pentaho Technology
Partners offer Pentaho users a wide range of choices for complementary and compatible technology. Pentaho has also established a relationship with
these partners so that if a joint customer needs assistance, Pentaho can work directly with the other vendor to resolve the issue to the customer's
satisfaction.
System Integrators
Pentaho Systems Integrator Partners provide the industry-specific, technical expertise and geographic presence to assist customers in the
delivery of successful BI applications on the Pentaho platform. Our certified Systems Integrator Partners are backed by the engineering
and technical support resources of the worldwide Pentaho services and engineering teams.
Authorized Resellers
Pentaho Authorized Resellers represent Pentaho in certain geographies or specific industries and are able to directly resell a Pentaho
Subscription for individual Pentaho modules or Pentaho's entire BI suite. Some Pentaho Authorized Resellers also provide front-line support
in local languages as well.
Pentaho OEM/SaaS Partners
Pentaho OEM/SaaS Partners embed Pentaho's best-in-class commercial open source BI technology into their applications. They've worked
closely with Pentaho to design and deliver the integrated solutions and make Pentaho BI part of their broader application, whether
delivered in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model on an on-premise model. Pentaho OEM/SaaS partners have a relationship and a Service
Level Agreement with Pentaho to ensure the long-term success of their application for their customers.
