Pentaho Announces Winners of 2011 Global Partner Award

Orlando, Fla — January 20, 2011 — Pentaho Corporation, the open source business intelligence (BI) and data integration leader, announced the winners of the 2011 Global Partner Award. This award recognizes organizations that have worked closely with Pentaho throughout the year to deliver outstanding customer success, commercial results or innovation.

The Pentaho Global Partner Summit in San Francisco, California, January 19-20 is the premier event of the year for system integrators, consultants, or software resellers interested in starting or expanding an open source business intelligence practice. Pentaho Partners from South Africa, Hong Kong, Italy, Venezuela, New Zealand, and many more, participated in lively discussions and educational presentations from top Pentaho executives including CEO Richard Daley, who provided an update on Pentaho¹s record growth in 2010 and a look at the future direction of the company. Attendees also had the unique opportunity to participate in a candid Q&A session, led by Pentaho Chief Geek James Dixon, with each of Pentaho¹s chief architects and open source project founders. The first day of the Summit closed with the 2011 Pentaho Global Partner Award ceremony, during which standout companies were recognized for their success in market development, sales, and innovation with Pentaho.
