Job Overview

  • Responsible for creating User Interface solutions with strong emphasis on Data Analytics web apps.
  • This Profile needs to be able to work closely with other UX Designers and Web Designers.
  • Ability to retrieve key information from incomplete / starting work scenarios and understand project requirements from the very beginning.
  • Capability to start working with incomplete sets of project requirements and make correct assumptions based on experience and good sense.
  • Shows great awareness for the latest design and programming trends.
  • Attention to fine detail and passion for working with Data Visualization systems is a must-have.
  • Capable of working in a team and complying with defined goals and schedules.
  • Is autonomous, self confident and can take decisions on himself.


  • Designs UX mockups, prepared for the current web standards and CTools framework.
  • Reviews and ensures final delivery quality standards defined by the UX team.
  • Engage with customers and other teams to gather project specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure deliverables are on time and within quality standards.
  • Work closely with the design colleagues to help determine achievable solutions.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate and collaborate efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Escalate issues with upper management on a preemptive basis.
  • Maximize team’s throughput with multiple project allocation.

  • Customers (stakeholders, all business and technical roles)
  • Implementation and Services Development Consultants
  • Management

 Level of impact:

  • Speedy prototyping of UX solutions.
  • Production of UX Breakdown lists, Low FI and High Fidelity Mockups.
  • Ensure pixel perfect project deliveries.

Required Skills

  • College degree in Design (or similar), or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Interest and curiosity in emerging  UX and Data Visualization techniques.
  • Solid proficiency in working with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar. HTML5, CSS3, Javascript are a welcomed bonus.
  • Familiarity with responsive design layouts and programming.
  • Knowledge of browser and platform compatibility issues.
  • Experience with popular version control systems.
  • Strong personal organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Appreciation of design and desire to work in a creative environment.
  • Strong desire to solve problems and ability to investigate, test and share solutions with others.
  • Fluency in English.
